What does print on demand mean?

Every item is printed after you order it, so nothing sits in a warehouse.

How long until my order arrives?

Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery takes 3 to 7 business days anywhere in the US.

How much is shipping?

It's calculated at checkout: from $4.95 for a tee, $8.79 for a sweatshirt or hoodie and $7.29 for a mug, plus a little for each extra item. Orders of $99 or more ship free in the US.

Can I return a printed item?

Every item is made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size. If something arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@ninerabbits.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund it.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Different products are printed at different specialist studios, so a mixed order can ship separately. You'll get tracking for each package.
